What each part of the Verisoul dashboard is for

The Verisoul dashboard is where your team monitors fraud, investigates accounts, reviews verifications, and manages the rules and lists that decide what your integration receives.

Production is at dashboard.verisoul.ai and Sandbox is at dashboard.sandbox.verisoul.ai.

Projects and environments

Everything in the dashboard belongs to a project. Sandbox and Production hold separate projects with separate data, so a rule, list, key or permission set in one environment applies only there.

Roles

Your organization role and project roles decide what you can see and change. Most actions your role does not cover stay visible and disabled. See Managing Users.
